A native New Yorker, Mr. Bennia has a distinguished legal career. After earning his degrees from the University of Rochester and Columbia University School of Law, and some time as a teacher, Army medic, McKinsey & Co. researcher and ABC Sports & Entertainment Division hire as a law student, he embarked on a journey that took him from being an attorney with the National Employment Law Project in New York to Michigan and Washington, D.C., where he was a founding partner of a prominent law firm. Eventually, he returned to New York City, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise. Licensed and admitted to practice law in the federal and state courts of New York, Michigan, and the District of Columbia, he has built a reputation for providing exceptional legal representation across various areas, including real estate, employment law, civil rights, criminal law, and corporate law.
